If you access the App through your league, the following information is provided to Launch Baseball by your league as part of the account provisioning process:

Launch Baseball does not collect payment information from league-based authorized users. The App does not use analytics or tracking tools.

2.2 Individual Purchase

If you purchase access to the App directly as an individual, Launch Baseball will collect the following personal information from you:

• Name
• Email address

Payment for individual subscriptions is made via Interac e-Transfer sent directly to Launch Baseball. We do not collect or store credit card information. 

3. How We Use Your Information

Your personal information is used exclusively to:

• Create and manage your App account
• Verify your identity as an authorized authorized user
• Provide access to the App and its features
• Communicate with you about your account or the App when necessary

We do not use your personal information for advertising, marketing, or any purpose beyond delivering the services described in this policy.

4. Consent

4.1 League-Based Access

Your league, as the contracting party with Launch Baseball, represents that it has obtained all necessary consents from authorized users to share their personal information with Launch Baseball for the purposes of provisioning and managing App access. By creating an account and using the App, you acknowledge that your name and email address have been shared with Launch Baseball by your league and will be used as described in this policy.

4.2 Individual Purchase

If you purchase access to the App directly, you provide your personal information to Launch Baseball voluntarily as part of the sign-up and payment process. By completing your purchase and creating an account, you consent to Launch Baseball collecting and using your name and email address as described in this policy.

5. Disclosure of Your Information

Launch Baseball will not disclose your personal information to third parties except:

• Where required by law or legal process
• Where necessary to enforce our Terms of Use
• Where Launch Baseball is acquired by or merged with another company, in which case your information may be transferred to the new owners for the purpose of continuing to provide the App

We do not sell or share your personal information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
